Oil pulling was part of ancient Ayurvedic medicine practiced around 3000 years ago, making it more traditional than toothpaste!

Double Mint: Cocos Nucifera Oil*, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil*, Mentha Piperita Oil*, Mentha Spicata Herb Oil*, Tocopherol*, Menthol*, Limonene.

Italian Lemon: Cocos Nucifera Oil*, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil*, Citrus Limon Peel Oil*, Tocopherol*, Menthol*, Limonene.

Charcoal Thyme: Cocos Nucifera Oil*, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil*, Thymus Vulgaris Oil*, Charcoal Powder*, Tocopherol*, Menthol*, Limonene, Linalol.

Scoop a teaspoon of oil & let it melt in the mouth. Swish it through tongue & teeth for 10 to 20 min then spit out (no swallowing). Always hide it from the little ones.

Cardboard box, paper label, glass jar, aluminium lid & vegetable ink.

Once opened you're good for 12 months. Keep nice and dry & out of reach of children & bears.
