Oil pulling is a practice that require time, like during showers or meditations.
Take a teaspoon of oil
Use around a teaspoon of oil for each use. Melt in your mouth before start pulling.
Swish for 5 to 20 minutes
Pull the oil between teeth & gums for 5 to 20 minutes, then spit it out.
